Commission Details

Important: How to pay for an art commission via PayPal.
I require up front payment for commissions.  If for whatever reason I am unable to complete the commission, I will give refunds at request.  Make sure to stay in touch with me while I'm working on a commission for you.

All my commissions and requests follow these basic guidelines:

1. Don't be a dick.  I try to be an agreeable person, and I expect the same from you.

2. I reserve the right to deny or cancel a commission or request at any time, for any reason.

3. Stay in touch.  If I don't hear back from you, I will assume that you are no longer interested in your commission or request.

4. Be patient.  I'm a perfectionist, which means I tend to sacrifice speed for quality.

5. No pornography.  Non-pornographic shipping, romantic, sexually suggestive, and similar commissions and requests I accept on my own terms.

I will only open up to five commission slots at a time, so that I don't get too many piled up at once.  I will work through them simultaneously as I'm able, and linearly otherwise.  Check my main page to see the status of commission slots.

As I'm new to doing commissions, all commissions are Name Your Own Price.  Pay what you feel comfortable with, or what you feel the art is worth.  If you can't afford a commission, you can even get it done for free.  I still reserve the right to deny a commission if I'm not comfortable taking it on at the named price.

Commissions, by default, are not made available for free use.  If you would like a commissioned item to be made openly available to anyone, please let me know.  If you are commissioning reusable assets (tilesets, sprites, backgrounds, etc.), I will make a point of asking if you would like to make them available for anyone to use, since not everyone bothers to read these.
If you choose to get a commission for free using Name Your Own Price, then it will instead follow the same procedure as a request (by default available to everyone so long as they give me credit).

My Little Ponies


I can draw cel style ponies similar to the style used in Friendship is Magic.  You may commission art of official ponies from any of the cartoons and toy lines, including previous generations.  I will also draw original characters.  If you have an OC pony you'd like me to draw, please link a picture to me, or use the Pony Creator to make an image.  Simply send me the details in a dA note.  Please include a name so I can label the file properly.  I'll send you WIP versions to review before finalizing the pony.

At this time, I have considerably less practice drawing non-equine characters from My Little Pony, such as dragons or griffons.  I will still accept commissions for those, but it may take longer to perfect it.

Pony Video Avatars


Download the bases (female, male) for free and create your own (will require you to draw in your own mane and tail or use the provided sample mane and tail), or, for the modest fee of $10, I will do the work for you and send you the 20 showcased poses plus the modified .svg file so you can make more poses.  There are more than 20,000 possible combinations for poses.

Order of the Stick Style Comic


I can create comic pages and strips in a similar style to Rich Burlew's Order of the Stick.  As this is a bit more involved than single characters, I'll need quite a bit more information to be able to do this.  First, I'll need pictures or descriptions of the characters involved, second, I'll need a description of what you'd like taking place, and what sort of background you'd like.  Simply send me the details in a dA note.  I'll send you WIP versions to review before finalizing the pony.

Sprite Sheets

Do you need a sprite sheet for a game you're working on?  I can do Homestuck and Final Fantasy style sprites, and am willing to try other art styles.  If possible, send me concept art of the character you would like sprited, otherwise, I'll try to create the character sprite to your specifications.  I'll send you a simple front-facing pose first to verify the sprite design before creating all the different poses and animations.  Speaking of, I need to know all the poses and animations that you will need.  Simply send me the details in a dA note.  Please include a name so I can label the file properly.  I'll send you WIP versions to review before finalizing the sprite sheet.

If you need the sprite sheet in a certain format for it to be compatible with your game engine, please let me know.  I am not responsible if the sprite sheet "doesn't work" with whatever software you are using.

Tilesets

Do you need tilesets for a game you're working on?  I can create rectangular, isometric, and hexagonal tiles in my own style for you.  Let me know what shape you want the tiles to be, the rectangular size of the tiles, and what specific tiles you need.  For example, do you need grassy tiles, stone wall tiles, and brickwork wall tiles for an RPG?  Or do you need plains, hills, and forests for a strategy game?  Simply send me the details in a dA note.  Please include a name so I can label the file properly.  I'll send you WIP versions to review before finalizing the tileset.

Real Time Strategy Game Structures

I can create buildings and structures of the sort you would expect to find in older 2D RTS games, such as Warcraft II or Age of Empires.  Each structure comes complete with it's own unique building animation, as well as any other animations you require.  Simply send me the details in a dA note.  Please include a name so I can label the file properly.  I'll send you WIP versions to review before finalizing the structure.
